Music learning helps to develop confidence, creativity, skills, artistic knowledge and understanding of music’s contribution to cultures and societies.
At Brunswick North Primary School we have a very well-resourced Music program which offers students the opportunity to perform on a variety of instruments such as ukulele, guitar, bass guitar, keyboards, drum-kit, djembe and violin. Our students share a vibrant interactive learning experience through studies in music software Auralia & Musition.
At BNPS students also have the opportunity to perform in the following events:
• Senior and Junior School Choir – Annual
• The Boite School Chorus – Annual
• Northern Region School of Rock – Annual
• Collaborative Specialist Program – Annual
• School Music Concert (Darebin Arts Centre) – Biennial
• School Fete – Biennial
